GoogleUsed this company for decades for the 2 rental properties I owned and have sold both through them, one in 2017 and one in December last year. If I was writing this review a couple of years ago it would be a 5* plus one but something has changed in this company. A general arrogance has set in which partly it seems is since certain members of staff have been promoted. They treat customers as if they are doing you a favour taking your money and when mistakes are made (we all make them) will not apologise.
