GoogleAmazing service from Daniel at County Property Management! We lived in our rental for 18 months and received service nothing short of exceptional! Any time there was an issue (which were very few) Daniel was exceptionally responsive and sorted things out extremely quickly! Easily the best Estate Agent my partner or I have ever had! Daniel is friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable, we would happily rent from them again!

GoogleAdam at County Property managed our property during renovation works at our house for the past year whilst we were overseas. We received excellent service and communication, Adam was professional, trustworthy and proactive giving us great advice on the work and managing various tradesmen. I would highly recommend both Adam and County for the management of any property.

GoogleMy partner and I rented a flat from this company a couple years ago and still to this day it fills our stomach with hate when it crops up in conversation. We had water underneath our carpet and seeping through the walls and for 8 months they argued it was condensation. Along with a long string of other incredibly unprofessional and terrible experiences. We ended up getting damp surveyors, builder reports and solicitors who all agreed with us it was rising damp and we were not liable for the damage. Michelle and Daniel both lied to us constantly and it was the most frustrating experience ever to constantly be blamed for their own inhabitable problems in the flat! Having to go to the extent of having solicitors was ridiculous and anticipating court action was not the “first time moving in with your partner” experience that we had expected Never ever again! in response to your comment- again what a pack of lies!
Hi Sophie, I was surprised to hear from you now considering that you moved out over two years ago. I remember the case well and I can only apologise for the issues you experienced. We are agents who work on behalf of the owners of our properties and can only take action as instructed. In your particular case the landlord had sent a surveyor round who had incorrectly identified the cause as condensation which we had no reason not to believe. When you provided a second opinion stating it was rising damp we did everything we could to put things right and from what I remember the landlord agreed to release you from your contract early and paid you compensation for the inconvenience caused. Again I am sorry that you did not receive the experience you expected and for this I can only apologise and assure you that lessons have been learnt. GoogleI rented a flat through County Property Management for 4 and a half years. During this time, Daniel was extremely professional, and if any issues arose at the flat they were always sorted very quickly. By far the best estate agents for rentals I've dealt with in 10+ years of renting.

GoogleDo not deal with this cunch of bunts.. Today I was told that no receipt or proof of completion is required when spending my deposit on utterly trivial and ridiculous items... Avoid like the plague!!! Completely incapable of describing how useless and inefectual this shambles of an organisation is.. culminating in deposit disputes which are still ongoing... SankerW Steve.. Currently disputing several erroneous requests for damage repairs that are unfounded...

GoogleHaving Rented through County Property Management for 5 years, I would highly recommend their service in protecting and servicing everyone in the chain. Landlords are protected through regular property visits, ensuring all services are operational and in good order. Over and above the general checks for wear and tear. Tenants are looked after should a service or appliance fail, with a prompt response and replacement. Check in and check out of the properties managed, is professional and they will guide you through all steps of the process. First rate service, from a first rate company.

GoogleI would avoid at all costs. I was concerned about renting through a 'one man band' and I was right to be. Everything started very strangely when Daniel insisted on regular visits (I also own and let a property and visits are annual for managed properties - regardless of agency). Every time something went wrong I was sent someone who seemed to be a relation or friend, not someone from a local company e.g. locksmith. I even had to had work re-done privately to make my own home secure. Unfortunately i've also now been left out of pocket for 2.5 weeks and no sign of my £1600 deposit. I have had to raise a dispute with the DPS and thankfully this will see full return as i've proof of professional cleaning, repairs etc for my tenancy. Just be careful - there's a reason this is a one man band and you'll get much more professionalism from one of the bigger firms in Newbury - chancellors etc

I wanted an organisation that could deliver a personal service and would ensure that my asset was totally managed with minimum impact on my time. As a busy landlord I wanted an organisation that would keep me compliant and ensure the right tenants were selected to occupy and look after the property. I have found County Property Management as a local family owned business to be an excellent letting agent exceeding my expectation from my experiences from other larger agents and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other like minded landlords. GoogleCounty Property go above and beyond for Landlords. As heating engineers we work for a number of Letting Agents but County are the most pro-active and exacting when they call us in. Great communication with us when working to solve tenant's problems. If I was a Landlord I'd be happy he was on our case.
