Anyone who needs help with moving/letting I can’t recommend Sarah enough! I unfortunately had my tenancy ended due to a house fire and needed to find somewhere fast. Before I had even stepped through the door Sarah was on the case and had found a property for me to look at. She was very punctual when viewing the property and answered all my questions and was sure to get me the best result. I would honestly say she did everything she could to help ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I would highly recommend Mollie Browning from the property management team. We had many issues with our rented flat after we moved in due to old windows, not enough ventilation, and overall poor damp proofing in the building. There were delays to rectify these issues due to peak covid times. However, as soon as Mollie was assigned as our property manager she went above and beyond to ensure all issues were rectified as soon as possible. After all the issues were taken care of we spent the most comfortable and pleasant year in our flat.

I had a poor service from this agency and I would not use again. Lazy property Manager who doesn’t follow up any issues, you are left on your own if anything happens. They made a mistake with the charges and escalated to their debt department after 6 months without communicating with me. Outrageous behaviour, avoid!
