GoogleI’m appalled by some of their agent’s customer service skills! James who just took my call earlier was incredibly rude. After I had enquired about a property, I mentioned that I had been in contact with Sarah to arrange a viewing but hadn’t heard back from her yet. To that James rudely replied ‘so did 70 others’ without being of any help whatsoever. Wished him a great rest of his day, as it must not have been going too great to be so rude to people for no reason.

GoogleLeanne gave my address to a tenant who then confronted me. After this, Leanne was extremely rude to me on a phone call, shouted at me, denied giving details and said "I don't even have to speak to you". Leanne has very clearly breached GDPR.

James understands the local market in depth and he guided us through the rental process very well. Once the property was let the lettings team were responsive and professional. James is not all about the sell and adds terrific value with his insight and local knowledge. He is more than happy to spend time explaining and advising the positives and negatives if you are thinking of letting your property.

GoogleBreathtakingly incompetent estate agency. As a landlord, avoid at all costs. My tenant didn't pay for 5 months and they did nothing. I had to chase them for every tiny action. The only thing that works is the fees and deducations they take …
