GoogleKaty Elsdon became my property maintenance manager after a few replacements and I can honestly say she has been amazing. She bends over backwards to help and nothing is too much trouble. She is a lovely lady and gets things done. Cannot recommend Katy highly enough.

Both Sarah Staniford and James McCloud have been a great help and got us through our looking and the dreaded referencing! . They managed to answer and trouble shoot our issues and talked through any problems with reassurance. Like any first home there has been a few issues but was resolved in a reasonable time frame. GoogleUsed this company for decades for the 2 rental properties I owned and have sold both through them, one in 2017 and one in December last year. If I was writing this review a couple of years ago it would be a 5* plus one but something has changed in this company. A general arrogance has set in which partly it seems is since certain members of staff have been promoted. They treat customers as if they are doing you a favour taking your money and when mistakes are made (we all make them) will not apologise.

GoogleJack and James worked hard to get us a great price for my flat. They pushed the process throughout. They even kept me calm when panic set in! Many thanks to them both. The Trusted AgentCouldn't ask for better service
County Property have looked after my apartment for over 10 years. They have provided excellent service and, in the main,have always had new tenants ready to move in as the old ones move out. Any maintenance problems have been dealt with efficiently and promptly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody. A special word of thanks to Jane who has been absolutely wonderful

Every query we had was answered or handled in a timely manner, and the passing over of the keys and signing of the documents were finalised very efficiently. Most of our rental was managed by Sarah, who was always happy to help and quick to get back to us. Even now that we have moved in, the property management team are still always at hand when we have a query.

GoogleWe recently moved into a rental property. From first meeting Adam we knew we were in good hands. Very calm and knowledgeable. The whole process was very smooth with regular updates from adam on what we needed to do to keep our application on track. Couldn't comment on whole company but Adam certainly went above and beyond for us.
