GoogleUnable to send a simple e-mail, their incompetence is staggerring, between this and the other reviews I strongly advise landlords and renters against using these people.

GoogleA bad company. I had to postpone check in date due to them which caused me into extra nights in a hotel. The flat was not in a good condition (house appliances out of order). The end of tenancy is very stressful as the Agent tries to cheat me with every little thing (end of tenancy date, final payment, deduction from deposit). Would not recommend this one

GoogleTerrible towards tenants. No respect for tenants. Late and often no relpies to emails and calls. At the end of tenancy, they will take the deposit. Be aware of this scam.

GoogleTerrible service. Had to repeatedly chase up any questions we had. Waited over a week for answers and when we did get a response all questions weren’t answered and when unfortunately the house we wanted to rent fell though we got told this by email at 5:59pm when the office close at 6 with no apologies and no one to contact until the next day. Absolutely terrible

GoogleThe guys at County Property Management Woking have been fantastic in helping us with our purchase. When we had a deadline to complete they ensured the sellers solicitors were dealing with all processes in a timely manner and informing us of progress on a daily basis. Jack Walton and James Guyton managed our purchase and process from start to finish and were both outstanding!

GoogleArranged viewing with Jack Walton from CPM Woking and received email and sms for same .. and guess what !! he didn't turned up and blaming me that i didn't called him to make sure he is coming or not... ridiculous.... waste my time ....

GoogleRenters beware, excellent service when viewing and through the process of lettings, however moved into an apartment and immediately noticed several items/appliances broken. 3 months later, not fixed. CPM consistently blames landlords or tradies for delays, which doesn't add up to 3 months without a working washing machine!
