James was informative, polite and professional throughout and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth transaction. The Welcome Boxes for new tenants are a lovely new touch for the business and I hope they long continue. Additionally, I'd like to thank Senior Branch Manager Louise for her professionalism and support in the management of tenancies and continuing to deliver a great customer experience.

GoogleI had worries about selecting a good letting agent to manage my property, but Daniel from County Property has not only given me reassurance but is highly knowledgeable and experienced. Unlike estate agents who are letting agents on the side and are thus generally less responsive, County Properties have been responsive and I get good value from using their services.

GoogleI rented a flat through County Property Management for 4 and a half years. During this time, Daniel was extremely professional, and if any issues arose at the flat they were always sorted very quickly. By far the best estate agents for rentals I've dealt with in 10+ years of renting.

GoogleBooked in for a viewing days ago and get informed that someone else will now be joining. They try move me out of my agreed slot to shove someone else in. That's not a great start to my customer experience of this agency. Sort out your internal conflict among your agents.
