Overall I’ve had a really positive experience with countryside. I dealt with the fresh wharf team - certainly great at sales as I was hooked from the first show room viewing! All staff have been really friendly and helpful. A few hiccups along the way and feeling a little dubious but it all turned out well in the end! Gemma especially has been lovely and so helpful, Shameka and Ed from the sales team too! Ed did a walk around video tour of the flat to send to me until I exchange which was hilarious and so good. Thanks all for a wonderful experience here’s hoping it all goes smoothly to exchange!

We have had a great experience with Countryside, despite buying during Covid. The sales team have been amazing and kept us in the loop throughout. Gemma has been incredibly helpful throughout the process and done everything she can to meet our needs. The company are quick, professional and in no way pushy. Couldn't recommend them enough!!

This is our second new build home, but the first with Countryside and we are extremely impressed with the service from Countryside Properties, and the extra mile they go to in order to help before, during and after our house move. Nothing is too big or small for them to help with and we feel like they have always valued us as people, rather than “the buyers” of our home. We reserved our home during the first lockdown and although things were very strange, we were always kept in the loop and given build updates throughout the process. Thank you to Rhodri, Gavin and the team for your help.

I moved in on Saturday the 6th of March, the lift was not working and the removal team had to bring everything up 2 flights of stairs.I rung emergency services, who was very helpful. The lift was up and working on the Monday.I also had a problem with my heating later in the week. Everyone was helpful and it was resolved the same day.Good service

Annabel Collins and Tara Harrison are a great sales team at Wilson Chase. Annabel showed and explained in details of the house I wanted. And they guided and helped me through each and every step in the buying process. They are patient and friendly as well as efficient. Now I'm waiting for the exchange of contracts. Due to Covid, our property purchase has been extra stressful alongside other mishaps that was out of our control. However, the team at Countryside were super informative and involved throughout. Had an excellent experience with countryside properties from start to finish. Especially Ed, one of the sales consultants. He was so helpful from start to finish, constantly gave updates on the construction of the building, sorted out paperwork pretty much in 1-2 days of asking him, everything was pretty quick. Hopefully soon enough we will be moving into our new flat and making new memories. Thank you countryside for making it happen and a special thanks to Ed for making everything run so smoothly.

Unlike Tailor Wimpey (BBC NEWS), who promise to fix any firetrap building not covered by the Government bailout, Countryside washed their hands of the issue. By failing to do the right thing, they continue to leave their customers facing debt. How the leaders of this company are behaving speaks volumes.

Our experience so far with Countryside has been positive. We’ve had a few delays on our estimated completion time but with multiple lockdowns and isolation issues it was to be expected.We’ve been watching the development grow and are really impressed with the quality and finish of each property so far. We also managed to speak to a couple of the guys working on the site who were both really friendly and helpful.Rhodri and Gav have kept us well informed on the build progress and, most importantly, have been available to answer any questions or settle any nerves quickly. They’re both willing to go above and beyond to help us out and keep us as involved as possible every step of the way. They appreciate what a great journey it is for us to watch our new home being built and really make it feel like a special time for us!We are so happy with the house we have chosen and can’t wait to get moved in and start making it a home, a huge thanks to every person working hard at City Fields to make it happen.

I can safely say my experience with the staff over at the Wilson Chase development area has made the house buying process completely stress free, pressure free and straight forward, which is in complete contrast compared to a number of my friends who have bought new/existing houses with other housing companies. The show homes I viewed were beautiful and the staff have been very prompt with responding to calls & emails, with regular updates on how the house development is coming along. All in all, I'm very happy with the service that has been provided so far :-)

TrustpilotStarted off very good, but just went downhill from there.
The experience started off very good. I purchased the show home on the development and it had some superficial defects. These were rectified by Countryside in the few months after we moved in. As well as some more serious issues such as leaking windows and faulty electrics. Within the first year, while the development was still being built on, these were fixed quickly and efficiently. Once the development was finished however, everything started to go downhill. It could take months to get small jobs done such as verges on my roof hanging off. The when we came to redecorate on of the rooms we discovered that a wall had been plastered incorrectly and was bumpy to the touch. This should have been an easy fix for Countryside and after calling and speaking to their team I was told they would send someone out to fix it. I did not hear from them for 3 weeks and had to cal up again to find out what was going on.It turns out their team manager had decided they could not help me but they didn't think it was important for me to know this information. After weeks of phone calls and emails, 3 members of their customer service team telling me they would fix it. Their excuse was that the house was sold as seen, as it was the showhome. This is understandable but the damage was behind a headboard that was fixed to the wall and could only be seen upon removing the headboard. Therefore I could not see the damage. Their customer service manager even told me on the phone that since I could not see the damage it would not seem like sold as seen. But still she refused to do anything about it. I still have not had a resolution to this and I am going to be stuck with a large bill to have the walls of the room repaired. It is a disgrace that Countryside would treat their customers this way and that their standards are so low that they will happily sell defective houses to customers. I can honestly say I would never recommend ever buying a Countryide home as their customer service managers are awful to have to deal with and clearly do not care.
