GoogleRecently made offer on property told to put house on market did that sold my property to find they had accepted another offer on the property without advising us. Now have purchaser with nowhere to purchase ourselves.

GoogleDisappointing……. No notification of house viewings. This morning someone bucked up at 06:30 AM and using a hammer drill started to install a For Sale sign on the house! No notice again and total lack of consideration for myself and my neighbours! Thanks Coulby Conduct!

Googlei totally agree with the other reviewer dealt with the company for nearly 3 very miserable years the whole time they where very unprofessional and at times extremely rude tried to charge £300 for a new cooker because the 4 MONTHS OLD cooker (cost the land lord £180 NEW) hadn't been cleaned down to lack of time ect. and because the exhaust of the cooker had scorching on it same as any cooker does, wear and tear in any court in the land. tried charging for the garage to be emptied that was full and cluttered when we moved in the managing director told me girl friend she was stupid for signing if it wasn't empty as it should be then the other woman from sales physically tried to stop me from leaving the house. they constantly interrupt you on the phone when trying to explain things they did 3 inspections in a month because they where that far behind and the landlord wanted to see the paper work tried to charger £180 just to change the flush button on the toilet (i am an ex bathroom fitter the part in question is £6.50, And takes no more than 2 mins to fit) the final report said there was burn marks in the carpet that hadn't been down for over 18 month as upon land lord's approval we had fitted laminate so much more i could say to boot. but the case has been past to the financial ombudsman and trading standards and following the case up for the rightful return of the deposit They only got a one star because -20 stars don't exist

GoogleStaff rushes through the property during a viewing giving you couple of seconds to see a room. Doesn’t allow you to go into every room. It happened few times with that company. If you spend money you should be allowed at stay in a room for longer then 5 seconds! Not good for either sellers, buyers, landlords or tenants!

GoogleWe had two viewings and we accepted an offer within two days of my Sister in Laws house going on the market. The sale was completed in three months of being put up for sale. An excellent Service from all the Northwich Team, we were updated all the way through the sale. The Sale presentation was First Class, we will have no problems in instructing them again.

GoogleHighly recommend Coulby Conduct after the recent sale of my home. I dealt with Linzi for most of my sale and she was just incredible. Professional, always on hand and for me so friendly and understanding. She was always there when I had a query and was on it constantly asking for updates from solicitors etc. A process which can be stressful, made a little less so by her. Thank you so much 😊

GoogleFrom a sellers perspective I can truly recommend Coulby to any perspective clients. Sold our house within a week of listing, looked after everything for us, taking the stress away of simultaneously buying and selling at the same time. GoogleNever had any issues with this company. Always very responsive and friendly. Melissa is always willing to go above and beyond when dealing with any complaints/issues that I’ve had and she is a credit to the company. Cannot recommend them enough.
