Very Unprofessional Oufit - Poor service

Absolutely unprofessional service, whoever is running that operation wants a kick up the back-side. Made 2 viewings to see a property on the first viewing they rang up 10 mins before the viewing to cancel, on the 2nd viewing they didn't even turn up. When we rang to ask where they were, there was no explanation just an apology, they then said we do the viewing later in the day. Even though the office was clearly manned they didn't even offer to send someone round to come and open up. We wasted around 3 hours of our time with these clowns and decided not to arrange a viewing for a third time. total shambles.

Oh dear! A warning to anyone letting their property be managed by these people, we are carrying out essential repairs having bought one of their ex rental properties. Much of the damage has been caused by really shoddy work carried out by cowboys (apologies to any cowboys). They had even opened up a hole in the floor to put all their rubbish, both building debris and lunch etc. under the floor. Unfortunately this is the level of work you get when work is carried out by tradesmen offering too cheap to be true deals! It’s a shame they seem to be managing many of Northwich’s older properties, which need a little tlc to preserve the local heritage. Very sad.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Absolutely appalled at the lack of service and professionalism from this company, where to start? They have had the property to let for 9 weeks, numerous calls later and on the 3rd complaint they've acknowledged they dont have a key to show people around, no enquiries probably because it took ages to get a board up which only happened after we mithered for it. The manner in which the staff answer the phone (when someone can be bothered to) is utterly appalling, the attitude is aggressive and rude at best 2 previous calls of complaint to which I asked for senior management to call me back, still waiting, today I am informed theres now a £75 + vat fee to withdraw from Coulby Conduct, hilarious considering they have done nothing!! Absolutely nothing not a thing, not even shared the letting on their social media account , If you are in need of an estate agents I would advise you look elsewhere!
