I am now here and very happy in my new home in Middlewich. I feel so very grateful to Jan, Collette and Simon for their help, especially Jan. A move from Birmingham fitting in the viewings to fit in with looking after my grand children was a challenge but the team at Coulby did everything they could to help. From a sellers perspective I can truly recommend Coulby to any perspective clients. I found Collette to be quite rude. She arrived at our home parked on the drive, on opening the door she said hi I'm Collette never said which estate agents she was representing. Just said I won't take up much of your time, asked did I want to show her round or could she look around. Collette was at our home for a maximum of 3mins and then left.

Sloppy work

This branch collectively this week wasted 16 hours of driving by my husband and myself from Skegness off the back of incorrect and ill advised information. Not to mention the emotional damage to us and the couple who thought they had sold their property to us. All could have been prevented by doing a bit of homework properly Collette and saving us a lot of time and energy. Easy to laugh off , but very upsetting from our perspective. I would probably avoid this branch in the future.
