Coulby Conduct were provided to us by an online auction site so we had no idea what they would achieve for us. Once they had taken over as our sole seller the change was great. They came out and carried out an inspection and gave a credible price range then the viewings which they carryout came rolling in. It has been an absolute pleasure having them sell our property. The office staff are polite and informative and go the extra mile to get you the right information. Highly recommended.

Handled our sale. Were always happy to help and chase anyone required during a tricky chain move. All worked out in the end and everyone earnt hier money that's for sure! I'd also like to add if your going to leave a 1 star review you have to say why I see all the one stars from a while ago have no comments whatsoever. I think they just got a sad on because they realised they have to pay money at the end 🙄

Shocking company who do not stick to their own word and contract. They do not upkeep the repairs for the house, even after reporting the same issues of damp, mold and a missing manhole cover for 3 years!!! The plaster now needs redoing in our bedroom as the plaster is coming off due to the damp being left for years after we had reported it. We have replaced the manhole cover ourself today after nearly falling through it and the danger to our little girl! The director himself measured the missing manhole cover and still has not replaced this and the so called maintenance guy on the local Middlewich branch doesn’t even communicate with outside agencies who visit to check if any work was done. I never hear from anyone again unless I chase and chase! Avoid at all cost!

AVOID AT ALL COST! Absolutely appalled at the lack of service and professionalism from this company, where to start? They have had the property to let for 9 weeks, numerous calls later and on the 3rd complaint they've acknowledged they dont have a key to show people around, no enquiries probably because it took ages to get a board up which only happened after we mithered for it. The manner in which the staff answer the phone (when someone can be bothered to) is utterly appalling, the attitude is aggressive and rude at best 2 previous calls of complaint to which I asked for senior management to call me back, still waiting, today I am informed theres now a £75 + vat fee to withdraw from Coulby Conduct, hilarious considering they have done nothing!! Absolutely nothing not a thing, not even shared the letting on their social media account , If you are in need of an estate agents I would advise you look elsewhere!

I have had the misfortune of using this estate agent as both seller (I removed my sale from them after a short while) and latterly as a tenant. I certainly would not recommend them. The staff and directors are rude, have little customer service training and will charge you excessively. I have had so many other people tell me similar. As per previous reviews, avoid at all costs
