After having my last two property purchases fall through right before completion, this process could have been incredibly stressful and disheartening. Instead, it was genuinely positive, and that is entirely down to the way Coulby Conduct operates. Your professionalism, care, and communication throughout were exceptional, and you should all be incredibly proud of the outstanding business you’ve built. It truly shows in the way your clients are treated. I’d especially like to give a heartfelt thank you to Jan. Her warmth, reassurance, and professionalism made such a difference to me. She consistently went above and beyond, and I always felt supported and in safe hands thanks to her. She is a real credit to Coulby Conduct and should be incredibly proud of the job she does. My many many viewing requests, phone calls, chasers etc, were always handled with care and I cannot thank you enough. I’d also like to express my gratitude to the seller. The beautiful card and gift the vendor left was such a thoughtful gesture and meant a great deal to me. Please reassure him that there is absolutely no need to worry about the mess at all. If allowed, I would love to have his address so I can send him a personal thank-you card to let him know how much I appreciated his kindness. Thank you again for turning what had previously been a very difficult journey into such a positive and memorable experience. I’m incredibly grateful, and I wish you all a very wonderful Christmas. This branch collectively this week wasted 16 hours of driving by my husband and myself from Skegness off the back of incorrect and ill advised information. Not to mention the emotional damage to us and the couple who thought they had sold their property to us. All could have been prevented by doing a bit of homework properly Collette and saving us a lot of time and energy. Easy to laugh off , but very upsetting from our perspective. I would probably avoid this branch in the future.

GoogleI am now here and very happy in my new home in Middlewich. I feel so very grateful to Jan, Collette and Simon for their help, especially Jan. A move from Birmingham fitting in the viewings to fit in with looking after my grand children was a challenge but the team at Coulby did everything they could to help. I think putting themselves out to accommodate me. I really felt out of my comfort zone but they answered all my questions and settled my nerves. Thank you Coulby A very appreciative buyer.
