GoogleThe team were so helpful and quick to respond. We were buying our first home so quite clueless but they made everything a really easy process and kept good contact inbetween us and the seller to sort any queries. Thank you !

GoogleI wish I could leave Zero Stars. Beware of this dishonest company. We are having a nightmare trying to get one of their tenants out of our house now that we want our house back for our son to live in. we even gave double the notice required to vacate. in the meantime our son is living in a hotel that we are paying for each week. avoid this company like the plague!

GoogleVery efficient, good at keeping me up to date with finding tenants and any queries raised by existing ones. Everyone at the Northwich office is very helpful - particular mention for Shannon Harvey and of course Ed. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleGreat service as always, I have used them for years as a letting agent and always found them to be responsive, professional and clear with their communication .. the fact that they have constantly found tenants for me for close on 15 years is remarkable let alone the "stress relief" they provide by their management service. I have just sold the flat and again the service was exceptional, they have done a wonderful job of driving the process to a speedy conclusion, ensuring they keep me in the loop at all times!

GoogleCoulby Conduct acted as letting agents for our property for several years and then acted as sales agent when we decided to sell. Always very friendly and approachable yet professional. Following several burst water pipes in the roof space prior to completion of the sale of our property the help and guidance from Neil was fantastic which meant the completion of the sale was only delayed by a couple of weeks. Thank you so very much everyone. Would I recommend Coulby Conduct - absolutely.
