GoogleI would give Colubrid a 5 star rating because within a week of the pictures being taken we have sold. They arranged for block viewings and kept us upto date every step of the way on all the viewings and the feedback received. I cannot recommend this estate agents enough.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of meeting Josh and Maya when viewing and making a successful offer on a property. Josh was honest and transparent when negotiating which I really appreciated. Very informative and personable. Maya also handled the post-offer acceptance process and was also a pleasure to speak to, friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend them and their team.

GoogleI want to dedicate this review to Maya Singh from the Stanford le hope branch. Maya was wonderful right from the start I don’t think she will remember but I still remember my very first interaction with her. I have been house searching for a while and have sometimes not had the best experience with agents but she was so welcoming, helped me understand the location I was looking at to purchase my property in as it was a new area to me, she gave me that sense of peace and I instantly knew I could trust her and the company with my future purchase. I went and viewed a property and met Maya for the first time, again Maya was very accommodating, helpful and talked us through whatever questions we had. Being a first time buyer is an exciting but also scary experience but honestly through Maya we have successfully secured an offer on a property! She was the kindest soul, keeping us informed throughout the whole process! Maya if you read this, thank you! Thank you for joining me on my journey and helping me secure my dream home! GoogleColubrid have been amazing at getting people in to see our house and getting it sold quickly. Their communication is what really sets them above the rest. Maya especially has been fantastic at keeping us up to date with the sale of our house, but also helping with our purchase too, she responds to emails and calls quickly and keeps us informed. Highly recommend Colubrid. Everyone one in their team are great.

GoogleHaving dealt with quite a few estate agents over the past 6-7 weeks for both buying and selling our current property, I/We can faithfully say in both myself and my wife’s view, Colubrid have been the worst by a substantial margin. The reasons are; They do not take NO for an answer, even when a contract has been signed with another estate agent they push and push, calls everyday trying to get you to cancel your contract within the “14 day cooling off period” with the agent you signed with. Whilst this may be great as it also may show their “determination”, it can be way too much honestly especially in such a stressful time anyway they add to it. Then booking a viewing with them was near on impossible for a potential purchase, while the vendor had troubles with their tenant Colubrid made this harder as this was muddled with multiple calls to both myself and my wife on different days and different occasions with different agents within Colubrid. Then when we actually had a solid booked viewing that was cancelled multiple times for the same property with little to no notice. They were just poorly organized all round compared to the competition, as I’ve said we’ve dealt with lots of estate agents in the local Witham/Chelmsford/Maldon area recently and this one stood out for the wrong reasons. I’m only now writing this review as they’ve phoned me again with poor timing/planning as they clearly dont note down clients requests properly. Looking back both my wife and i are so glad we did not sell our house with this company.

GoogleJosh and Tony have done an amazing job on getting our house sold within the first 24 hours we already had 2 viewings booked in and was consistent with making sure we had at least 1 viewing every week. They have made the process very easy and would highly recommend to anyone selling their house!
