GoogleThomas helped me to find a rental property, and my experience was great. He was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and patiently. No matter how small the concern, he addressed it with professionalism. I was impressed by his efficiency and quick action, keeping me informed throughout the entire process and keeping my best interests in mind. Thanks to Thomas my rental process was very smooth. GoogleI wish I could give a 0 rating. I returned the property I rented in immaculate condition on June 18, 2024. It is now July 31, six weeks later, and I still haven't received my deposit back. The service from this company and their staff has been atrocious. On June 19, I received an email from their Team Assistant claiming to include a 'check out report' and the 'deposit release form.' Unsurprisingly, she forgot to attach the deposit release form, forcing me to chase them for it. I completed the deposit release form and sent it back on June 20. Since then, I've been constantly chasing them to get my deposit back. I wish I could name the two incompetent staff members I've dealt with, but I understand they're just trying to earn a living, so I won't. One of them emailed me last Wednesday, July 24, confirming that my deposit would be returned in their "next payment run." It is now Wednesday, July 31, and still no sign of my money. This company is nothing but a headache.

GoogleCluttons Tower Bridge have been absolutely instrumental in achieving now only a good price for the property but in bringing it to a successful completion. Unlike any previous estate agent I have had they have supported the process throughout, helping to liaise with the buyer and acting as an effective and welcome additional communication between seller and buyer which was incredibly helpful .
