GoogleWithout a doubt the most excellent rental experience I’ve ever had. Cluttons provides excellent service across the board. Everyone one of their agents is brilliant. I had the good fortune of crossing paths with Matt Dharshi who worked hard, fast and went above and beyond to help me secure my dream rental. I could not recommend Cluttons, Matt and the entire team more highly. The only place I’ll be using from now on.

GoogleHad a fantastic experience with Aaron from Cluttons in finding an apartment when moving to London. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and knew what we were looking for. Fortunately, he had an apartment that was just about to hit the market and mentioned to trust him and come see it. He couldn’t have been more spot on. He also knew the landlord very well which helped us get the contract smoothly. When we were close to the deadline in making the deposit to secure the apartment, he was patient and polite even with the urgency. Thank you so much! When moving to London, make sure you have enough money in a local account to make the deposit quickly and not to lose the apartment. Also, you may need references from your previous landlords to pass your profile review.

GoogleI recently sold my apartment in Shad Thames through Cluttons Tower Bridge branch. The guidance and service I received was truly first-class. George from the Sales team provided excellent advice on optimal pricing and marketing, and was then able to whip up interest and secure a serious buyer incredibly quickly despite challenging market conditions. Moreover, the service I received throughout the sales process itself was genuinely outstanding - I couldn't have asked for more! From beginning-to-end the whole sales process was executed flawlessly, so hats off to Cluttons and George. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who's looking to sell a property in the area. 5-stars.

GoogleHarry Ormonde (at Cluttons LLP, Wapping) is an excellent, top-rated estate agent. I had to move to London from Cambridge due to work and was looking for a furnished apartment with parking close to my new workplace. Harry found me this amazing apartment at Wapping which ticked all the items on my checklist. More importantly, the landlady had a bad experience with the previous tenant and needed a lot of assurance and convincing to let out the property to me. Harry was able to convince her on my behalf and was able to close the deal within a matter of days. Throughout the process, I have found Harry to be extremely professional, meticulous and an effective communicator. I'd whole heartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for a place in London. Cluttons LLP should be proud to have an employee like Harry working for them.
