GoogleAlex Chapalain was very helpful and responsive to emails and calls, very organised person to help my purchase of a property in Rotherhithe. Always staying on top of the progress and pull both seller and my side to move things forward. And always show up to reviewings on time. Also great communication and team work between him and George to cover each other in the event of one absences.

In contrast to a couple of other agencies I contacted, it was clear that they listened and took my requirements into account. GoogleThere are many estate agents in Shad Thames /TowerBridge area and I would only recommend 2. One of which is Cluttons. Mostly due to George Barker whom I found to be extremely helpful, straightforward and professional.

No request is too small and even at 6pm on a Friday evening, she's still making time for us! Could not recommend her & Cluttons enough. GoogleI bought my Shad Thames flat with Cluttons in 2005, rented it with them as managing agents 2011-2023 and sold it through them in 2023. The sale was handled by Alex Chapalain, who was responsive, empathetic and pragmatic in making sure we got the deal done. I recommend the professionalism and responsiveness of the Cluttons Tower Bridge team, and in particular Alex.

George was highly professional, and committed and managed to navigate a process which was complex and tricky, with a number of obstacles along the way. She and her colleagues, did an outstanding job in finding me something according to my expectations. They were extremely supportive and flexible from the beginning all the way through.
