GoogleThank you Cluttons and the team, particularly Aaron, from day one acted professionally and attended to all our requests promptly and with a friendly attitude. From the time we visited the property to the day we moved Aaron was available with a smile.

GoogleThe team, Tianne in particular, have been really helpful in making what can sometimes be a difficult process very smooth. It has been a pleasure dealing with them.

GoogleClutton’s Aaron Golhar is by far the best estate agent in all of London. He made the stress and hassle of finding a new property so much smoother with all of his expertise, guidance and charm. Aaron is extremely time efficient and works hard to get his clients the best possible deal and ensures every box is ticked. 10/10, gold start service.

GoogleHugo did an excellent job introducing the property near Hyde park to me and my mother. During our view he has clearly shown that he is an expert in the field with a lot of experience. We requested to view the property more than once and asked about a lot of things but Hugo was very patient and informative of all the details of the property. Although we didn't end up buying it his service is greatly appreciated.

GoogleFantastic service, very accommodating and top level property portfolio. Made the process of moving to Central London as smooth as possible. Special mention to Aaron for his attentiveness and patience, as well as William for helping secure the property of choice. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleCluttons and Aaron in particular, was a delight to deal with. We needed to secure a London rental without being in the city and he took me around the apartment by video tour and was massively responsive to every question we had and managed a seamless handover to the managing agent. I had estate agencies ringing me 3 days after my enquiry for the same property I had already rented with Cluttons as Aaron rang me back within 30 mins of my first message. Highly recommend

GoogleAaron at Cluttons was hands down one of the best agents I’ve ever dealt with in securing a wonderful lease near marble arch and I am ever so grateful for his persistence in getting me to look at the property as well as holding my hand throughout the process. A delight to deal with despite my standing him up for our original appointment. Highly recommend Cluttons on the back of the whole lease experience from start to finish. Thanks Aaron and cluttons

GoogleGemma and the team at Cluttons were very helpful and accommodating regarding our needs. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to let a flat.

GoogleAs first-time renters from abroad, our experience with Cluttons, particularly with Aaron, has been outstanding. He understood the unique circumstances of us not physically present in the UK and provided invaluable support and guidance throughout. Gemma was also incredibly helpful in facilitating a seamless process. Given the challenges of securing a rental property remotely, the entire process was remarkably straightforward and did not feel like a nightmare. Would highly recommend their services to others in a similar situation.

GoogleI had a good experience renting a flat through Cluttons. Matt was extremely helpful in answering my questions by text and email. I also had good interactions with Gemma. Recommended lettings agency.

GoogleA very nice friendly office steered by Verity Chick, with Hugo Webber at the cliff face. Knowledgeable, capable and bright, pleasant to deal with, accessible, and devoted to selling. They answered all my questions, liaised with lawyers and landlords, kept me informed, prepared me for positive and negative outcomes alike. They asked before all viewings and respected my property. The Hyde Park office, now beautifully decorated for Christmas, is a haven of hospitality! Although I withdrew my house from sale (external and internal factors) I would consider using them again and recommend them.

GoogleI would like to express my gratitude to Verity Chick at Cluttons as I recently have the pleasure of working with her during my home search. She is very attentive to my needs and very responsive to my enquiry. She not only sorted out plenty of nice properties for me to have viewings, but also has incredibly knowledgeable about the properties and the community. She was patient and professional, giving me invaluable advice and quick follow up. She went above and beyond to understand my preferences and offer immediate assistance in my purchase process. I highly recommend Verity to be your agent if you want an agent who cares about your home buying or selling experience.
