GoogleUtterly impressed by the service that Jay at Cluttons gave to us to sell our flat. We'd had a long struggle previously with other estate agents but Jay made the whole process completely seamless. He is not only incredibly knowledgable about the field he works in but also incredibly lovely and both ourselves and the now new occupiers of the flat could not be happier. Highly recommended

GoogleWe are currently renting a flat with Cluttons. We got a phone number to deal with reparations and other issues. Unfortunately when you call this number you this person ( for privacy won’t mention the name) they never pick up, not on mobile or direct phone. I believe I called about 15 times in their indicated opening time in past 5 months and they never pick up. If you call the emergency number, they do pick up but you get somebody to write down your issues, open a case and you need to wait until the person that is in charge of your fixes responds to you. One example is that now we have been waiting for over 3 days for somebody to help us fix our washing machine. Our clothes are stuck with water inside the machine. It is the 5th time this week it happens (so it kind of shows the machine is faulty) with this machine, but now the door actually won’t open. This means the clothes are likely to be broken. I would get myself an engineer but unfortunately that isn’t how it works. I am pretty desperate for somebody to help just to save the clothes so I think I might do it anyway if by Monday I still haven’t heard anybody. This isn’t the first time communication has been very poor on their side. When we just moved in the shower was broken and we couldn’t use it until it was fixed as it was leaking in the apartment downstairs. Nobody has told us, so it was an angry neighbor who did. It kind of shows the lack of communication and follow up. It just gives a lot of frustration and emotional stress. On a positive note, the person who we rented the property from (the sales agent) was really good and she still to this day tries to help us get through to the lady in charge of reparations. Will update if resolved.
