GoogleFrom my first visit to Circa's office on Southwark Street I knew that I was dealing with a very different type of estate agent. Everyone in the office is extremely courteous and professional. The manager, Robby, gave me a very encouraging valuation which has proven to be absolutely spot on. The team carried out a number of viewings and I'm very grateful to you all. A special mention to Maddie who has agreed a deal for my property at full asking price.

GoogleWe’ve had a great experience from Circa London recently. After our property fell through with another agency, we were in desperate need to find somewhere to move in. Lucien assisted us with a property that met our requirements and was so friendly, helpful and efficient at dealing with the process. We’ve also dealt with Alex & Kasia from the team who have all been very professional and proactive with anything required. Very rare to find an agency where everyone involved is so lovely to deal with so thank you Circa London.

She has been responsive on email and phone throughout the whole process and has done everything in her power to accommodate all my needs. Having dealt with a variety of agents in London previously I definitely found Circa to be the best - very much recommend!

GoogleWe were looking for an apartment for my son and we contacted Circa London which eventually put us in touch with Lucien Carey. He showed us many properties and he was patient, punctual, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend him. Also we would like to mentioned that the staffs working there are very friendly and polite. Megan was there helping us with the lease while Lucien was not available, she managed to answer our concerns and been very helpful.

GoogleCouldn't recommend a better real estate agency in London. Circa has been of the best surprises of the year for us, along with our beautiful new home which we have rented through them. The whole team was very professional and made our negotiation process, which sometimes can be very stressful, a very smooth and easy experience. Maddie and Roby were absolutely amazing so if you are looking for your new place do have a chat with them! Thank you for your hardworking guys, we love our new area and our new home.

GoogleOn May 2016 I've entered Circa London looking to rent a place, with the amazing help of Robby, 2 days later, we were paying the deposit for our new home. Since then, all the issues, questions and problems were handled in the most smooth way by Kasia, she was always there to help us and guide us in the relationship with the landlords. Later, in mid-2018, we decided to a buy a house, so a new tenant was needed to replace us (since our contract was still on), and again all the Circa London team, didn't stop until they found a new tenant. My two and half year experience with them was great and I will recommend working with them, either as a tenant or a landlord. More than extremely professional, they also are very friendly and always a pleasure to work with.

GoogleUpdate 2: We just processed a lease extension for our flat with the help of Antony. It could not have been more simple and straightforward. Such a pleasure and relief when things go smoothly. I'd like to pack this Circa team up with me and take them back to the US when it comes time for us to move home. Update 1: Our first year anniversary in the flat is almost here and working with Circa London as a property manager has been amazing. If anything comes up that needs to be sorted, a quick email to Katie Hicks is all it takes. She always responds quickly, happily and with a solution. First rate! This is a boutique firm that offers highly personalized and thoughtful service. We worked with Megan on the letting of our flat and found her to be professional, competent, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. Circa also manages our flat and while we haven't had to deal with any major issues, the interactions we've had with the property management team to get settled have been very positive. I feel like we are in good hands.

GoogleWe wiewed a propriety with circa and we sent an offer as the agent told us we were the first people viewing it and encouraged us to do so. The day after, I enquired and they told me that an other agent let the flat to other people, already on references stage and they did not aware about it. Ridiculous. They said they were the only letting agency managing the propriety but with a little search online found it in another letting agency website for a higher cost. Not honest at all. We been lucky after that, found a propriety thanks to professional people.

GoogleA terrible agency with atrocious customer service. Numerous dangerous issues in our flat that were never dealt with properly. Circa constantly blaming the 'landlord' for his reluctance to fix things. However a quick search on the land registry revealed that surprise surprise, Mr Trevor Titus (A company director of Circa) was the legal owner of the property. A total racket. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleUPDATE: I have now completed my tenancy in London and thought it would be appropriate to update my review. Thanks to Kasia Mielcarz and her outstanding care, my entire tenancy was nothing short of a 5 star experience. Every time I needed any type of support throughout my tenancy, I was never let down. The checkout process and deposit refund was quick and fair as well. absolutely zero hassle from start to end. *** Thomas and Circa have truly earned every star and more. Highly professional, straightforward, friendly, and quick! My family and I were in our new perfect home in a matter of a few days. It was pleasure and hassle free from beginning to end. Thanks a lot for a wonderful experience!

GoogleThere is too much to say in one review. The company rents out subpar properties - my apartment was without gas for a month. The company left me and flatmate with an inch of water throughout the apartment in three days. For a period of six months it was impossible to maintain constant contact with employees because of seemingly endless holiday breaks. The company seem to fail in inter and intra company communications spectacularly. The safety of the properties that are rented also seems to be of little interest - windows and doors and locks are poorly maintained. Complete failure of an establishment.
