Manuela is a consummate, dedicated professional who went above and beyond to deliver us a world class real estate agent experience. Manuela was deeply committed to finding us our ideal property. She listened very carefully to our requirements and worked long and hard to ensure she only showed us properties that met our requirements. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests for viewings. She provided a very well thought out and realistic assessment of our opportunities to acquire a property. Throughout the entire process of viewings right through to final sale, I felt that we were supported by her. Walid, Alex, Nancy and everyone on the team have been nothing but professional, responsive and polite - you can tell they care! Communication has been excellent, Walid took the time to listen to us, answer all our questions and guide us through the process with patience and kindness. He had been really helpful throughout the whole process, always responded to my every question on time and made moving so much more easier.

GoogleCirca were very attentive and professional when showing us around the property. They arranged a viewing last minute and went out of their way to show us a variety of options. Throughout the offer process, I had contact with several staff members, who were all friendly and up-to-date on our stage of the process. Would definitely use Circa again, especially as they have a great portfolio of properties under their belt too!

GoogleMegan at Circa was very helpful during my move from the US to London! The process of relocating internationally can be very confusing, but Megan helped make the transition as easy as possible! She was very responsive every time I had a question, and she did a great job helping me find the perfect flat in an area I love! I would highly recommend Circa to both tenants and landlords.

GoogleWe recently purchased our dream home through Circa and were provided with an extremely high level of service from Sean Thomas. From the moment I spoke to Sean to book in the viewing right up to the point he met us with our keys, I cannot fault Sean in any way whatsoever. Sean kept the human and emotional touch there though out the transaction even assisting with issues with caused further down the chain just to reduce my stress levels. We were in a very long chain and I truly believe that without Sean's involvement and help I would not be sitting typing this review from my dream home. GoogleThe CIRCA team is super professional, handles everything in a very timely manner, and takes the initiative to ensure their clients' interests are upheld. Have been their client for 5+ years and absolutely love them. Kasia Mielcarz is especially awesome as property manager, tireless in chasing down difficult tenants, always following up on all issues big and small, and on-time with reports. 5-star recommendations!

GoogleIt has been hard work to view properties at times outside of work, and getting in quickly enough to make an offer before other buyers do! The team at Circa, and specifically Maddie, couldn't have done more to accommodate our needs. After a successful offer, she has guided us through the process, happily and expertly fielded our (multiple!) queries and made the process entirely painless. Having the Circa team manage the property henceforth has made us very happy with our decision. Thanks Maddie and the Circa team!

GoogleI’ve worked with Robby and Megan Gates from Circa London to help me with finding an apartment. Megan offered me help all day long and was always available. She did a great job with customer service and tried to make the best situation out of everything. Her service towards customers is super professional and she’s super helpful! Also Robby was a big help and answered every call super quickly, his service was also very professional. Even though Circa is a new and small company, they do offer quality apartments and good/professional help by real estate agents.
