GoogleIt normally doesn't happen that you need to come back to edit the review but so has been the service. A lot of things were told and sold during the renting process and once the contract was done, did I realize that Circa wouldn't be managing the property and since them a few highlights of my experience: 1. Improper shower: The showers were not working for 2 months 2. AC: The air-conditioning worked for 2 months and since then for the last 6 months Is this liveable?

We were not aware of his decision until after the letting and most regrettably, the matters you mention were not within our control. Once again, may we say how sorry we are you have had a bad experience but hope you will understand that the problems were not of our making or within our power to remedy.

GoogleI was not having much luck finding an ideal place to live during a home-finding trip to London. I had almost given up hope, but fortunately I was referred to Bouchra, who responded immediately, and within hours she was able to show me a great apartment that met my preferences in the neighborhood I wanted. Bouchra was very responsive to my various questions and concerns, patient in dealing with my relocation consultants, and helped to negotiate the terms I wanted with the landlord. I look forward to continuing to work with Bourcha and thanks to her I am looking forward to my new home in London.

GoogleI had a great experience renting a unit while overseas. Megan, the real-estate agent that was assisting me, was extremely helpful. She would send me updates on the unit, sends professional high quality videos -since i’m overseas- answers all my questions quickly and would support as much as she can. I consider myself lucky to have rented with Circa, the whole process was smooth, professional and digitized!

Bouchra made our whole experience so easy, it was probably the quickest I’ve ever found and secured a new home.
