Experience at the beginning was excellent as I had just come from a really bad one with another storage company, then out of the blue & with no warning I received a phone call from the store advising my contract had been terminated with immediate effect & that I had days to clear my unit, as a small business this obviously caused us alot of stress & unnecessary worry bur we cleared our unit as requested, for anyone wanting to store with these people just be warned to read the small print first & shop around ***update 9th March 2024***So you first of all are incorrect as the batteries that were being stored are not made from that material otherwise they would not have been able to be used in our equipment Secondly this means you would have gone into my unit without my authorisation so anyone reading this with a combination padlock I would be very very careful incase thry decide to enter your unit when you are not there to check on what your storing, something to think about

When any of our customers sign-up for storage with us, they agree to the T&C's which includes, not storing dangerous, prohibited or illegal items. It was discovered that you were storing a quantity of lithium batteries in your unit, which is why we were forced to give you immediate notice on your unit. The whole process was really simple and stress free, and the knowledge they had was very impressive with all my questions answered straight away.
