This place is unreal. Totally recommend!

I've never reviewed anything in my life, but for Cinch Newmarket, I feel I must. Under very difficult personal circumstances, the team in Newmarket, brilliantly led by Gosia, made the whole experience seamless from beginning to end. Nothing was a problem, everything could be solved, and you never felt under any pressure. The facility is immaculate, clean and tidy, with some very helpful and reasonably priced products on offer. The fact that I was sad to leave says it all, and although I hope I never have to use a storage facility again, if you do, then you must use Cinch!

Tip Understand the size of your storage room !

Harriet was excellent in explaining the different sizes of room and costs , I had misunderstood the size of rooms and she pointed me in the right direction very quickly my tip for anyone else , is physically go and check the storage room size before you bring stuff to store , will save you a lot time and embarrassment !

A big saving at Cinch

Aaron at Cinch Storage in Watford has been excellent to deal with. He quickly put a great deal together for us, and we moved four units at Big Yellow over to a single large room at Cinch for a BIG saving.

What can I say....

What can I say....The Southend branch of cinch are very polite, courteous, cater to all your needs and do not sell you what you don't need. Mark was very polite, catered to all my friends needs. We was offered a drink, which most companies don't. I highly recommend cinch Southend for any storage needs. My friends move from her house and storing things in her unit. Her move went better than expected. Thank Southend Cinch, Mark and the team.
