We left it very short notice getting storage for a lounge refurb. Mark was so helpful showing us the different sized units available. We booked the same day and moved our furniture in 2 days later. There were plenty of trolleys available for our use. I would definitely recommend Cinch storage. Thank you

We visited Chippenham store and book a self-storage for 8 weeks. Andrew is really nice and kindly help us to find the most suitable size of storage with a competitive price! The storage is nice clean and convenient, also the security level is high as well. It's really recommended in Chippenham.

TrustpilotExcellent service, location and very dedicated staff
We had a great experience with Cinch storage. We wanted something easily accessible from our central Southend location and since first contact the service has been fantastic. When we called last minute on a Saturday with a van full of goods (we were running very late..) Mark kindly said he would process the paperwork quickly and he stayed overtime to let us unload. We would have been stuck with a van load in our home until the next weekend without this personal attention. Top marks all round from a happy new customer!
Thanks for your wonderful review, we really appreciate the support!

Easy access and friendly staff and process. Be weary of the height of the rooms being restricted by beams, so could be 150f² floor space, but wouldn't equate to m³ being exact. Lifts quite slow, so don't expect to get in and out quick. Overall all went well and facilitated our move greatly.

TrustpilotGreat storage facility
Great storage facility, easy to use and very secure. I had no worries leaving my possessions there. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jason who made me very welcome. Although a business, I felt at home there. I used the facilities for 13 months and found them to be always well kept and clean. Even in summer, the temperature was fairly cool, so it was no problem to access things. I would definitely recommend, and use them again if needed.
