TrustpilotReally positive experience. Super helpful staff.
We have had a storage unit for two years now and have had a really good experience with cinch. The Brighton branch has been having some works done and access was limited for a while. I had to remove some heavy boxes and there was no trolley or lift availability. One of the staff, Ed went above and beyond and helped carry lots of really heavy boxes down the stairs and out to my vehicle. This was an absolute life saver as I simply wouldn’t have been able to have done this. Stuart also has always been super helpful whenever needed. We’ve had a really positive experience here and highly recommend them as a storage facility.

TrustpilotGreat experience at Cinch Chippenham
I recently used Cinch Chippenham for storing some furniture and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Andrew the manager was friendly, helpful and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The rental process was straightforward and the price was competitive. The facility was incredibly clean and well-maintained and the range of units will suit many needs along with it being extremely secure. I would definitely recommend Cinch Chippenham to anyone in need of storage.

We have just moved into a cinch self storage unit in Chippenham after a lot of recommendation to come here & we can definitely say it was the best option for us. Both members of staff Paul & Andrew have been a great help moving us in quickly yet efficiently, and have been nothing but polite.

GoogleDealt with Frazer who provided excellent customer service. He answered all my questions beforehand in an email and then was extremely helpful in person. A pleasure to deal with and what made me decide to go with Cinch over other competitors.
