Fantastic storage facility. Easy access with extended hours if needed. But it’s the staff that are great. Mark and the team helped me with storage for over seven months and I would trust them with my details and my things again without a question.

Very happy with the service I’ve received, booked a storage unit online went in the next day to sign my contract took not even 5 minutes and that was it. Perfect place in the centre of Southend very clean and staff are super helpful. Would 1000% recommend.

Dangerous and utterly terrible experience. Every year they send threats about sending insurance documentation, that they already have, and if I don't they will add insurance charges to my bill. NEVER again Cinch, your arrogance and threating emails are the last as I am going to change storage companies. Furthermore the units are flimsy and would be easily broken into. The worst thing is that electrical wires are hanging dangerously from the ceiling giving further indication of their distain for their customer's safety.Jessica, I have already expressed my concerns with the branch who stated it has been raised to the highest level. The very fact that it has not been resolved is precisely why I have posted a review to warn others of the dangers of Cinch. With the greatest respect, a marketing admin person like you is not going to doing any about it are you.

Abbas from the Watford branch was so helpful and lovely! His customer service is top notch! He really made the experience so seamless for us. We came in after getting a quote over the phone with him and once we saw the unit we decided to go for it! The space is perfect for us and what we need. He made the sign up process be so easy and helped us get access to our unit the same day! Amazing!!!!

We hired a 95sq ft unit for a month from Andrew at Chippenham to help us with the transition of moving house and it was great. Access was straightforward and easy and the costs were very reasonable too. All in all, great value for money and an excellent storage facility, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
