GoogleWe have used a number of storage facilities in the past and, without doubt, Cinch has been the best by far. David & the staff at the Mitcham facility have been so friendly and helpful and it all felt so easy and quick to complete paperwork & check-in. And it was definitely the cleanest facility we have ever used. Would very much recommend!!

TrustpilotThe outstanding staff and services at Cinch storage Southend…
The staff at Cinch storage Southend have been outstanding with their help. Mark, Lisa and Elliot have gone over and above helping me get the correct storage unit, packaging for my move and helping me when I bring my many items to storage, while moving. They have conveyed great communication, especially getting me a great price for my storage unit. Cinch storage has been so convenient to store items, as it is central to both my new and old homes. Great, not to have that worry of storage issues, while waiting months for properties to exchange and complete. I cannot thank the Cinch Team in Southend enough for their dedication and excellent client support. I highly recommend them and would use them again for any future storage needs. Thanks Mark and your team.

Southend branch couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Explained what I needed it for and between Mark and myself in the office, we knew what size would be best . The place is always clean . It's great I can come and go as I please. The price is very reasonable. It's reassuring to know my things are safe.Only thing I have had trouble with is the trolly. Ha haThe whole experience has been 5 stars .

TrustpilotI telephoned Cinch Watford on Saturday…
I telephoned Cinch Watford on Saturday and was surprised and delighted with how good the customer service was. Harriet is a real asset! Having put my mind at ease I went to have a look at the facility today and again Harriet couldn't be more helpful, giving me a tour of the site and explaining how everything works. I am fully signed up now and ready to use my storage room whenever I like. 10 out of 10, very good indeed.

TrustpilotJust a great experience throughout!
Just a great experience throughout!I couldnt view the store and sute before committing but felt assured enough that I could change size if required and had access until 11pm most of the week. One exiting, which was sooner than anticipated due to deciding to rent rather than buy, they couldn't again have been more helpful.Great work as I am fastidious and a pain sometimes, so credit where it is due!5 stars without doubt.(Only comment is that the trolleys need brakes as the loading/offloading area is on a very slight slope)

The response to my email enquiry was immediate, courteous and helpful. When my storage requirement was confirmed, the offer was adapted to suit my requirements exactly. The service and communication was excellent prior to my visit to the Chippenham branch and the face-to-face experience with Andrew was excellent.
