GoogleI shopped around a few companies in Watford before finding this one. They were automatically cheaper than the three other quotes I got. The customer service is fantastic, all very helpful, friendly and attentive. You can buy products there for moves at a reduced rate. The storage set up is big, safe, clean with easy access from morning-evening daily. Would really recommend it

Everyone in the Newmarket team was positive and helpful to deal with. Thank you. Storage access hours were good. I was never worried about the condition or safety of my possessions in the 9 months I had a unit. Giving notice and wrapping up were clear and easy. Thanks again.

TrustpilotAnita The Receptionist at Cinch Storage Sittingbourne
Well I had a situation with my move last Friday whereby we were running quite late and I was put at ease by the pleasant, professional and friendly Receptionist at Sittingbourne. She granted me extended time to accommodate and to ensure the move could be completed efficiently. Also, overall, her willingness to communicate effectively and help resolve a situation and put things back on track was second to none. Taking the stress out of a stressful situation is her uniqueness and Anita passed with flying colours. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend this company to friends and colleagues

GoogleAbsolutely amazing experience with Cinch Self Storage Earlsfield! Robert and Dylan were incredible, super friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment I walked in. They truly went above and beyond, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is top-notch: clean, secure, well-organized, with trolleys, elevators, and excellent storage options. But honestly, what makes this place stand out are the people. Having Robert and Dylan there makes ALL the difference. They’re the best! Highly recommend Cinch if you’re looking for great service and peace of mind. 👏
