GoogleHad nothing but a great experience with these guys - had a storage unit within the same day as enquiring, staff were always incredibly friendly and accommodating and cancelling the unit when no longer needed was a clear and simple process. The sort of business that when you spend money with them, you feel like you’re getting a quality service in return. Highly recommend.

GoogleGreat service from Rob and Drew. Rob was extremely helpful over the phone when I booked last minute, the day before I needed the storage space. When I arrived on the day. they gave me time to move everything and the process was quick as most of the things were done via email so little to worry about on the day as I had a lot to move in.

GoogleI’m specifically rating their team member Sam. We are in the middle of a lot of work being carried out on our home under our insurance policy. Our insurers outsource absolutely everything and the communication has been horrendous with every person and company involved except for the refurbishment company and Sam! Sam didn’t wait to be asked how he could help me, I started talking and he came up with solutions and suggestions. When it became apparent that someone else in the process hadn’t done something correctly, Sam explained how to get it fixed and even though it wasn’t Cinch’s error, he apologised for the inconvenience. Cinch should be very proud of this employee providing exemplary service to their customers.
