People often give Estate Agents a bad name. How unfair. Because my experience with David Epsom at Churchill Estates, South Woodford, was truly first class. To begin with, he managed to secure a very satisfactory price within just a few hours of the property having been placed on the market. But beyond that, far beyond that, and for a period of many months, he was constantly in touch, keeping me in the frame, behind each and every twist and turn during the sometimes tortuous exchange and completion process - his friendly approach, based on professionalism and experience, very reassuring indeed. So it’s a pleasure to set some of these old estate agent prejudices aside-and let you know that David Epsom and indeed others from the team at Churchills , South Woodford, rock!
