Can’t fault the service from the Notting Hill team. Paris was super helpful, very attentive, and kept things moving without any stress. Communication was clear and consistent throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I had an offer accepted on 11 march 2026 then i had a call on the 13th March 2026 telling me they had another offer so i need to up my offer. This is so inequitable and wrong so just want to warn others out there or these cowboy underhand practices.

GoogleAlex Jany was excellent all the way through! She showed us round the house a few times and even entertained our cheeky little 2 year old whilst we looked around. Her communication was amazing throughout and it always felt like she wanted to help everyone get to the result that worked for all. She was professional and friendly, and it’s really a bit of a shame we found our forever home with her as we’d happily work with her again and again! Thanks Alex!

I rented this apartment for a two-month stay. It was a disappointment. Throughout the stay, there were consistent delays in resolving basic matters. Requests often went unanswered and required multiple follow-ups. You should be warned that there is construction in the building next door. The agency and landlord did not disclose this. Most concerningly, despite having departed the apartment months ago and received a report from them that everything was left in great condition, we have still not received the security deposit. It seems that their delays may not have just been bad service but rather bad faith.
