GoogleHighly recommended. They expect high standards both of landlords and tenants. Good, clear communication. Basically they do all the work, give me 90% of the rent, and at the end I get to keep the house. Bargain!

GoogleExperience we had with Chelton Brown has been extraordinary. We were relocating from a far distance and Michellle made impossible to become possible. They supported our request with very respectful manner as well as their professionalism deserve recognition. The process took about 3 days where exchange of information was very quick. No delays and clear information provided. Very advanced model of customer service support gave us precise understanding of all our responsibilities as well as our rights. Definitely recommending their highly advanced strategy when renting a property.

YellAvoid them, worst real estate agency of Northampton
If there was rating zero or negative i would have done that , absolutely ridiculous agency , i left the property and paid 300 as end of tenancy cleaning and this agency deducted for the 220 for not appropriately cleaning the kitchen sink, further charged 220 for mowing lawn in winters , day light robbery and blackmailing because they have your deposit . If you happen to rent through them , take pictures first day and email them because they want you to handover a new home after living in it . If rent is day late you will get threatening emails and they keep your deposits for weeks shamelessly without a word of apology .
