Googlemy experience dealing with chelton brown has been nothing short of comfort and confident, starting with with their web site and prompt alert when there is a property available on the market. the call centre crew were amazing and patient to arrange a viewing to fit my availability. The viewing clark has been amazing to showing me around and also discussing possibilities and potentials of the area i am viewing. And when i got the property also they there to answer all my questions and made sure everything suits my needs. i have already recommended them to two of my friends and i will recommend them to anyone. They are an excellent team to deal with.

GoogleOur experience with chelton brown has been amazing so far , our initial viewing with Shannon was amazing !everything was explained and when I asked for a second viewing they confirmed with no problems. Tori ,grace and Laura was amazing over the phone and over emails helping every step of the way and answering any questions thoroughly when asked We couldn’t have had a better experience !

GoogleI have never been so impressed with a service in my entire life. The efficiency is unmatched. Chelton Brown went above and beyond for us, we had a slight hick-up with the property we was originally going to rent with but the team Chelton Brown used this as an opportunity to find us a property beyond what we could have wished for, they worked their magic and we was set up to move into this gorgeous property. We couldn’t be more grateful to the team. Highly knowledgable, skilled in their field and just overall wonderful people. Thank you so much!!

GoogleThe whole process was very straightforward and Jo explained the process perfectly. This was the first time I’d sold a house and I heard the process can be stressful. I did not feel the stress, thanks to Jo and Georgia’s great communication. I would recommend Chelton Brown to anyone about to put their house on the market.

GoogleAfter an initial enquiry for a valuation we met Rachel Johnson at the property. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. The sale was handled by Mario Bartella who handled the viewings and ensured we met our sale price. He always kept us up to date with any developments. The whole process went very smooth and was a lot easier than I imagined. A very professional and helpful team.

The work was completed in record time due to excellent organisation. The end result is truly remarkable and it is clear that great care and attention has been paid to detail, with an excellent choice of materials and colours. It looks a very inviting and appealing flat, ready for the right tenant to move in. I would like to thank Matthew for delivering well and beyond all expectation. This was a job superbly well managed.

GoogleAs first time landlords we were quite daunted by the prospect of renting at first, however after the very first meeting with Donna, we were completely reassured that all aspects of renting our property out with Chelton Brown would be handled in both a diligent and professional manner. All elements were explained thoroughly, any questions were answered quickly and we have been continuously updated on progress during each step. We would also thank Joel who has been integral in managing things following our initial meeting. I have no hesitation in recommending CB.

GoogleSpoke to a chap called Adam who was very unprofessional and rude. He spoke on the phone in a condescending way and then responded very unprofessionally when texting to discuss a viewing. I have declined the viewing as a result of this.
