Rachel is also incredibly proactive and professional, staying on top of others involved in the process to ensure things happen in a timely and effective manner. GoogleI have had dealings with Chelton Brown Sales and Lettings and I have found both sides extremly professional, efficient and helpful. I was very impressed with how quickly the professional shots are taken and the property advertised. Tenant interest is almost instant. Chelton Brown has a stringent referencing process, which is reassuring for Landlords. I would definitely use them again and can highly recommend Mario from the sales side and the whole team from the lettings side.

GoogleUnfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience with this agency. While I was viewing an apartment for rent, another interested party was in the office with a different employee, paying a deposit to reserve their priority for the rental. This happened without any formal process. I find this behavior of the agency strange and unacceptable. After I wrote a comment and complaint to them, the boss promised me that they would inform me about new offers, they do not do it, they do not respond to messages. Embarrassing.

GoogleThey allow rental landlord's to neglect their properties to the extent that it causes the risk of damage to the adjoining properties and personal injury to those living in them.

GoogleWas given less than 48 hours to hand over the keys to a property still charged the remainder of the month and denied access to belongings in the property all because I had to leave my house due to domestic violence and mental health for my own safety a company with no compassion and no empathy in fact very willing to profit from others at every opportunity despite the circumstances I'd recommend a more trustworthy company with better morals and staff who understand life's challenges

GoogleHad the misfortune of having to contact the agency where i was greeted by two ladies having a tantrum. I would have expected a bit of professionalism and respect, may have expected too much. Will search for a more professional and customer centred agency.
