GoogleArchie Degun was fantastic and was communicating effectively until the completion. We could feel her better service as others in her office was always been busy to respond to our call and did not bother much until she is back in the office

GoogleMark and the team were amazing. Not only professional but I felt like I was treated like a human being not a number, which was what I needed at this time. They explained everything in detail, kept in constant contact and gave me a lot of sound advice. They took over the sale from a company I hadn’t had much joy selling my house with and turned things around quickly. Highly recommended 😊thank you. Cat

GoogleHad the best fortune of working with Mark Armstrong .Without him I don’t think our move would have happened. Pro active, re-active , honest and reliable. We could not of asked for better service . Would definitely recommend. Knows the area, knows the buyer market and how to market a property. We had property with an online provider for 3 months and no success. Moved 17.09.24

GoogleHaving had a very unsuccessful 4 months with a different estate agent, we appointed Charrison Davis June 2024, for the sale of our property. From initial meeting with Chris Lenny, we immediately had viewings arranged, that week. With an offer we accepted 1st July, and will complete first week in October. Special thanks to Archie Degun, who managed the sale, from start to finish. Arche is very professional, attentive and helpful and was always on hand to advise and answer any questions. Great Service provided by the Charrison Davis team at the Kingshill avenue branch in regards to purchase of our property, would highly recommend their services. Well done!!
