GoogleAvoid this agency if you are looking for a property to purchase. They use misleading photos on their site; the actual properties are in disrepair and require total modernisation. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude when I called to complain.

Googlechose Charrison Davis when purchasing my first property, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything about buying a home was completely new to me, but Mark took the time to clearly explain each step of the process and made sure I felt informed and confident throughout. He was patient, professional, and always available to answer questions, no matter how small. Mark is an absolute gem of a person and genuinely cares about his clients. His knowledge, guidance, and reassurance made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. I would highly recommend Charrison Davis, and especially Mark, to anyone looking to buy a property.

GoogleIf you are looking for an estate agent who goes above and beyond, look no further than Mark. I am writing this review because the level of service I received during my recent home purchase was nothing short of exemplary. The journey started with a viewing that Mark organized on short notice. Right away, I was impressed by his friendly demeanor and lack of "pushy" sales tactics. He allowed me the space to really get a feel for the home while being available to answer technical questions about the structure and the buying process. What really set Mark apart was his help after the offer was accepted. He stayed on top of the paperwork and was always just a phone call or email away whenever I felt anxious about the timeline. He has a unique way of making you feel like his only client, despite how busy I’m sure he is. Mark recently reached out to say it was a pleasure helping me, but truly, the pleasure was mine. He turned a complicated transaction into a successful and positive experience. For anyone feeling nervous about entering the property market, having someone like Mark in your corner makes all the difference. He is a credit to his profession and a genuinely great person to work with. I’m so grateful for his help in securing my new home and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again in the future.
