GoogleGreat service from Charrison Davis and in particular Chris Lenny who was brilliant when we were selling our family home. He kept us updated on progress and filtered out the time wasters. Would certainly recommend this company (and Chris)!

GoogleI have been a tenant with Charrison Davis for over 12 years. Over a decade later, I can say they’ve been professional and reliable and easy to deal with. Any maintenance requests over the years were handled promptly, repairs were done quickly, and the contractors they used were respectful and professional. They always treated me fairly and respected my rights as a long-term tenant. Rent increases were reasonable and always properly explained. Now that I am at the end of this tenancy, I couldn't have asked for a better Landlord/Agent. Thank you, Brian, Sam and Kate.

GoogleI hope not everyone has the same experience as myself and family. From day one the complete lack of communication and transparency continued throughout my whole time. Somethings we understand are out of their control but other things are inexcusable. I would never recommend this agents to anyone i know and hope they have learned lessons. Total miserable experience.

GoogleArchie and Michael were a first class team, working to make sure our sale went as smoothly as possible, Archie conducted most of the viewings and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Michael kept me up to date on progress through to completion.

GoogleThis company deserves zero stars. The worst company to appoint avoid at all costs. BRIAN BAILEY IS THE COMPANY DIRECTOR, HE HIDES AND COWERS AWAY, TAKES YOUR MONEY AND IGNORES ALL COMMUNICATION. HE HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE OMBUDSMAN MANY TIMES AND HOPEFULLY THEY TAKE FIRM ACTION ON THE FIRM.

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agent team. Despite confirming my appointment 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time, no one showed up for the property viewing. I called 10 minutes after the appointment time, … More

GoogleArchie assisted my client with her first home purchase and she was very proactive and kept us all update on the process and chased vendor's solicitor when she had to get things back on track
