GoogleI am from 61 Hawthorn crescent, reported roof leak in November and still not been fixed and now it has damaged internal walls. What a crime not getting it fixed on time?

GoogleWe used Charrison Davis to sell our property in Hayes, the Kingshill Avenue Office Sales Team were very efficient and helpful and took care of everything for us, in addition to this and due to their professionalism we sold our house very quickly and achieved the High End of the asking price. Good Job done and would recommend anyone selling their property to use Charrison Davis.

Facebookreported the same issue several times (leak toilet) since 2020, until the present nothing was done. This issue is a concern as is cause of health condition in the household. Contacted them several times, last on the end of November wich Samantha reply will send someone to check it on the next day. After 1 month they never get back to me. 3 years gone and still nothing was done. other is the cleaning and the care of the garden.

GoogleCharrison Davis really impressed throughout their management of our house sale. From getting the valuation spot on, to the efficient administration and then the post-offer support/chasing/advice, they were absolutely first class. If I was selling a house anywhere in West London, they’d be my first choice every time. A special shout out to Chris and Michael. Thanks chaps.
