We have lived at Harlands Park for six…

We have lived at Harlands Park for six months. Initially we were a little nervous about moving to our first ‘New Build’ - but we couldn’t be happier. The storage is fabulous, the kitchen/diner light and sunny and our garden is much bigger than we had thought. The exterior landscaping around our property is excellent and well laid out. The house feels warm and insulated and has been decorated to a high standard. Steve the site manager and Steve Andre have been so helpful and kind.Darren sends us updates on the development as a whole, which is good to know.

Harlands Park

We have been living in our new home on Harlands Park for 5 months now and are extremely happy with our new house. Darren, Mick and the site team have responded to queries and minor snags quickly and effeciently. We feel lucky to have a home in such a great location for town, transport and schools. The landscaping on the development is superb. It is a pleasure to see all the new trees and planting. It looks amazing.

We are buying a new house from Charles Church (The Harlands Park development).The sales team have been very helpful and patient with us while we choose various options. They have responded very quickly and constructively to any queries or questions we have had.Every week we are sent photos of the house build with time estimates of when the next stage of construction will be reached. Apart from these photos we also have been sent photos (from a Drone) of the whole development at Harlands Park. This gives us a great idea of how the whole development fits together and it is easy to see how our house will look in relation to other houses which have now been completed and are being lived in.I am very interested in the technical side of house construction and sometimes ask questions about the materials being used and the building techniques being employed.Again, the responses to my questions have been full and informative. We are very pleased with the overall process and look forward to moving in.

My partner and I are part way in to buying a plot off plan on the Harlands Farm Uckfield development that gives us the configuration and space that works for us and thus far the journey, from Francesca in the Marketing Suite to Steve the site manager and Darren the project manager, has been outstanding. Delivering the wow factor

An important milestone which took place this week is the house demonstration day. Every new owner is given a full demonstration of their new home with a detailed explanation of how everything works. Steve from the Harlands Park construction management team met us on site. This was our first opportunity to see the finished house with all the personalised options we have chosen. Now thinking back to when we sat in the sales office with Francesca making all the decisions on floorings and fittings and wondering how they would look in reality. We are very pleased with the end result and now even more excited to be just one week away from moving into our new home. Making the right choices is only part of what makes the end product so special. Without the effort and attention to detail that everyone in the team has made, the end result would not have delivered the wow factor that has been achieved. Our thanks to Rob and Francesca in sales, Darren and Steve for keeping us regularly updated on progress, Mick and everyone else who has been involved on our build.
