Next door neighbours garden flooded and other neighbours also,our grass wrecked from neighbours side,neighbours had lawn dug up and drainage installed. I've been told to sort my side myself,another total letdown from Charles Church causing more undue stress and anxiety from purchasing one of there premium properties. I wish I had never moved in,its been an endless circus correcting problems with inferior workworkmanship.If anyone out there is thinking of purchasing one of these homes I would think again. I've been awarded the grand sum of £300 for 3 months inconvenience after they flooded my house with a faulty Stop Cock,I could go on and on but it makes me feel sick,shame on you.

The house is well built, and all us if high quality. The mamaged area has a few open spaces, there are lots of old preserved trees, it’s really well arranged and looks very pleasant to the eye. The sales team and the customer care are very helpful and responsive. I had a snagging survey done and it came out very well. There are some things to fix - the work is being done and I get weekly updates on what will be done next and when. Speacial thanks to Amy and Joshua for making it a great experience!

Moving recently their Broadway Rainham property. At the beginning there are problems one after another. There are water leaking from the shower, tiles broken. Lot's of issues. Several people come and see but nothing resolved. At the end we have a guy called Simon who do the work. He seems very pleasant and nice guy. He is trying to resolving the issue. Hopefully he will do that. But I suggest persimmon should be better communication between their customers and customer service agent. Sometimes I feel ignored.

The sole reason I put four stars (and not less) is for Marius Barbulescu. We moved into Gilden Park in April last year, the company we bought from, Persimmon, have failed on numerous accounts and really let us down in the long run - missing appointments, false promises etc. Nonetheless, Marius has helped us with problems we contemplated going privately to fix, for example damp/wetness within shared walls, we had numerous call outs and people arguing that we were wrong until Marius pointed out specifics and actually found more. Our kitchen is riddled with problems which Marius assisted us to solve and get those accountable to do a joint visit to understand the severity of the problems. Marius has made a point to change our perspective on the company as he, and only he, has made such an effort expressing the problems to persons higher up - so much so that I actually began to recommend the company to neighbours. Secondly, Marius hasn't only pointed these problems out, but he himself came and corrected them, painting, refitting, giving advice and cost effective solutions - all except the kitchen (insurance) - but he made a point to get those responsible for the kitchen to do their part with a sense of urgency which I massively appreciate.I am aware that a team behind the scenes also assisted Marius in solving these problems, but this team would never have been made aware of these problems without Marius showing interest and making a point to express the extent of the problems within our new build home. For that, thank you Marius.

We moved into our new Charles Church home at Mascalls Grange in Tunbridge Wells, Paddock Wood and the whole experience has been amazing. Darren via WhatsApp and the sales ladies have done an amazing job at addressing any questions or concerns we had through the process and any issues we've raised have been heard and addressed. When we moved, Rob has also action any issues we raised immediately. From the house reservation all the way to completion they’ve been amazing. They are available for any question and contactable whenever needed, not to mention the fact of their builds are good quality. Both us and the children's like the house.Thank you again!
