My partner and I purchased a property with Charles Church last year and cannot fault the service we received. Brianna, the sales rep, kept us up to date with the progress of our new build and was super accommodating for whenever we wanted to have a look around, she was attentive and nothing was too much hassle. Once we were in our new home, Joe, the site manager, made sure we were happy by visiting us on occasions and nothing was too much trouble if we had any questions.We would happily recommend Charles church and would be happy to purchase with them again. Overall, our experience has been smooth sailing, we couldn't be happier with our new home.

Sooo many issues...First off the site team are all very friendly and are doing their best to solve the issues, but the quality of finishing is well below expectations, clearly rushed, as well as some more serious issues. There's the usual painting and cosmetic issues, but also failed damp proof membranes, mis-labelled switch's, exposed carpet, grippers, levels not to plan, visible plasterboard joints just about everywhere, rusty radiators etc.External is no better, chipped roof tiles, loose paving, wavey masonry, dented and chipped window / door frames and glass.This is not the full list and to be honest so far the house is perfectly habitable, which I know many new builds are not, but it's certainly not good.It would appear as though little care was taken during the build and review process, just to get the money in, now we are in with all our stuff I've no idea how they plan to rectify the issues...We shall see...

Next door neighbours garden flooded and other neighbours also,our grass wrecked from neighbours side,neighbours had lawn dug up and drainage installed. I've been told to sort my side myself,another total letdown from Charles Church causing more undue stress and anxiety from purchasing one of there premium properties. I wish I had never moved in,its been an endless circus correcting problems with inferior workworkmanship.If anyone out there is thinking of purchasing one of these homes I would think again. I've been awarded the grand sum of £300 for 3 months inconvenience after they flooded my house with a faulty Stop Cock,I could go on and on but it makes me feel sick,shame on you.
