Everyone on the team is a delight to work with and they go above and beyond to make the process of buying a house clear and efficient. Yvonne checked in with us constantly and was always pushing things along with the solicitors to ensure the quickest turnaround. I can't recommend them enough. Throughout the entire process I never had any trouble reaching any of the team members and I always felt that they obliged any queries I had. I felt confident that in their hands that I was able to set the terms of my sale and they carried out those terms with the utmost diligence. I was also impressed with the above and beyond attitude in regards to helping source conveyancers and in my case, a house clearance firm. Helen, Yvonne and Mark were/are perspicacious in their field and all gave me confidence from day one that I was in the best hands to make a quick and positive sale of my family property with a return that I am happy to receive. GoogleWe used Chamberlains to sell my elderly mother's home last month. Mum was a little overawed by the process and required a lot of help from myself and my sister. Zoe and Rachel could not have been kinder, and were very understanding about when to talk to us directly to avoid distressing mum, and ensuring that no buyers contacted her directly. They were really helpful in guiding us through the crazy few days when the property was marketed, with a queue of buyers outbidding each other for her sought-after bungalow. The process took longer than anticipated, due to a couple of buyers in the chain pulling out. However, Zoe and Rachel kept us fully informed at all times and were very 'on it' to keep the process moving. Our purchase was a private sale and they liaised with our sellers, above and beyond what was required, to push the process through. I would not hesitate to recommend Chamberlains, and in particular Zoe and Rachel at the Bovey Tracey office, to anyone wishing to sell their home.

GoogleThe service from Zoe and Rachel in the Bovey Tracey office was the best we have received in many house moves. Their information and recommendations were always timely, accurate and helpful, their assistance with negotiations was balanced and positive, and their help in sorting out potential problems after the completion of the sale was above and beyond expectations. Their approach took away so much of the stress and uncertainty endemic in the whole process.

GoogleWe have used Chamberlains twice in the last 3 years to sell our property.On both occasions we dealt with Dave Whale,branch manager and Craig Bastow his colleague. We cannot praise Dave and Craig enough for their complete professionalism throughout the entire process. We were always treated in a helpfull friendly way and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them. We were also impressed that every promise they ever made was delivered, which is most unusual these days. Both Dave and Craig are very approachable and get things done. Both our sales were problematical and protracted ( not due to Chamberlains) and both remained committed throughout to the task and never stopped working tirelessly to conclude our sale. I would not consider using any other estate agent and would highly recommend,that if you want to buy or sell a property, you speak to Dave or Craig at Chamberlains

GoogleAs absent landlords, we have used Chamberlains for many years to have full management of our property. All members of the Newton Abbot rental team have been quick to respond to any issues and we have had complete confidence in them throughout our time with them. I have been particularly impressed with the 3 way relationship they have with themselves, landlord and tenant and also with the contractors they use to carry our work on our property. It has been reassuring to know that such issues are dealt with quickly and of a good standard. After deciding to sell our property the sales team were also very helpful as were the conveyancing solicitor they suggested. Thanks a million Steve, Shirley and Theresa.

Most importantly, given Chamberlains' rôle as our managing agent, you always work hard to ensure that our tenants are happy living in the property. And you are super efficient at finding new tenants, when needed, with always a choice for us to choose from, with well-researched background information about the possible tenants. Also with our Grade ll* listed property, you have the contacts and knowledge to find superb artisanal workmen when necessary. Thank you so much to you all. It makes it much easier to sleep at night, knowing our property is in your very capable hands.
