GoogleWe recently purchased a property in the Haytor area of Devon, through South Devon Fine & Country Estate Agents, based in Bovey Tracey. Right from the day of the first viewing with Gareth, to the day of completion, all the agents we had dealings with at the office were polite, attentive and extremely helpful in their dealings with us, no matter how many times I needed to contact them about something! I feel very grateful that James and his team did their upmost to help us secure our dream forever home in what proved to be a fairly lengthy and tricky purchasing process, due to unforeseen circumstances that were absolutely no fault of their own. I was impressed by their ability to keep the sellers and ourselves fully informed throughout any unexpected curve balls we encountered, and I believe their professionalism is what ultimately kept everything on track for a successful purchase. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending South Devon Fine & Country Estate Agents in Bovey Tracey, to anyone who is considering buying or selling a property in the area. They were excellent!

GoogleIt is always a difficult time for children when their mother passes away and dealing with the resulting sale of their property. I have to say from our first contact with Zoe, for the probate valuation, through to the eventual sale of our mother’s bungalow, the whole level of customer service provided was excellent. Zoe and her team where always available for help and advice, keeping us updated throughout the whole process. In particular after the initial contact Zoe and her team gave us time and space to grieve and deal with organising our mother’s funeral. There was no pressure put on us at any stage of the process and the sale of the property progressed only when we were ready. This compassionate and considerate approach was much appreciated by me and my brothers. GoogleI can not praise Dave and Megan highly enough. We have been looking for a certain type of property for quite some time, and one came on with Chamberlains. They acted professionally throughout, and despite not getting the property due to a better offer being on the table, i can not fault the office. They are now taking a proactive approach in trying to find me they specific type of property i want. A lot of people are always quick to criticize but not so much to compliment. Despite being gutted at missing out on this property, the service we received can not be faulted. The search continues...PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
