We recently purchased a property in Bovey Tracey through Chamberlains and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From our very first interaction, Olivia was approachable, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Having viewed many properties beforehand and experienced some more forceful sales approaches from other estate agents, her relaxed and professional manner was a refreshing change during what can often be a stressful process. During each viewing, Olivia gave us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, and if she didn't have the information immediately to hand, she was quick to find out and always responded promptly to emails. As the purchase progressed, Olivia kept us informed with regular updates and worked proactively to ensure everything stayed on track, helping us reach an exchange and completion date that suited all parties. Thank you to Olivia and the entire Chamberlains Bovey Tracey team for their excellent support throughout our purchase. They made the process as smooth and straightforward as possible, and we're delighted to be settling into such a lovely town.

We instructed Chamberlains in May 2023, after a sale was agreed on our house on 4 occasions and subsequently the chain falling through with another agent. Zoe and Rachel provided us with a quick and seamless service to get our house photographed and readvertised. They quickly found us a suitable buyer and from then on they worked extremely hard to facillitate the sale to completion. Chamberlains has to be the best estate agent in Bovey by miles. Rachel and Zoe are the kindest, most helpful and attentive professionals who offer the kind of bespoke service which seems increasingly rare these days. Nothing is too much trouble and their knowledge of the local housing market in Bovey Tracey is based on long standing experience. I have valued them enormously during the sale of my house and I would like to think friendships have been built during the process. A truly brilliant service. They took the time to really understand the story of our property, which was a huge deal for us.
