GoogleMy Sister initially contracted Chamberlains to deal with renting out our Mothers house when she went into residential care in 2018. I now hold the rental contract with Chamberlains. I live in Wales so I have to have a reliable agent that I can have confidence in, who can take care of the property on my behalf. I have always found Chamberlains professional in dealing with myself and the tenant. Any issues that arise are brought to my attention and sorted out promptly. They have contacts with trades people who can remedy problems like plumbing, electrical and general maintenance for example. Chamberlains are also approachable and friendly when I need to phone. They also update me with new Rental laws, and notify me on any changes to my obligations as a landlord. Chamberlains has found me good tenants through their vetting procedure when required. The property is also inspected regularly and reports sent to me. I am very happy with the service that Chamberlains provide to me and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleChamberlains are the best estate agents in Teignmouth. We have sold and bought a house through them.Every contact is professional, nothing is too much trouble and their advice is always on point. Their valuations are realistic. Most importantly they actually care about their clients and their fee was worth every penny.

GoogleA long and at times involved trail to get to a final sale, dealt with patience and professionalism at all times by Chamberlains. Mandi in particular has been easy to deal with, keeping me advised as to progress through to completion. Would happily recommend this estate agent to handle a sale/purchase.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property in Bovey Tracey through Chamberlains and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From our very first interaction, Olivia was approachable, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Having viewed many properties beforehand and experienced some more forceful sales approaches from other estate agents, her relaxed and professional manner was a refreshing change during what can often be a stressful process. During each viewing, Olivia gave us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, and if she didn't have the information immediately to hand, she was quick to find out and always responded promptly to emails. As the purchase progressed, Olivia kept us informed with regular updates and worked proactively to ensure everything stayed on track, helping us reach an exchange and completion date that suited all parties. GoogleZoë and Olivia at the Bovey Tracey office have been nothing short of superb. They worked tirelessly in a difficult market to secure two sales of my property, with the sales only falling through due to totally unforeseen circumstances. They advice and thoughtfulness have been invaluable and made what is a stressful process, far more tolerable. Friendly, incredibly responsive and always looking for new ways to market and sell, they have been nothing short of first class and I would unfailingly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleDon't waste your time with any other estate agents in Teignmouth, we did before we discovered chamberlain's. We have had the pleasure of using Helen and her team twice now and they've delivered on point both times. The latest sale completed in quick time with very little stress or fuss.
