GoogleWe didn't initially go with Chamberlains - but with hindsight we wish we had! Our house was on the market for 9 months with another agent and not a single offer. We changed over to Chamberlains and had an offer within a week which went all the way to completion. So that speaks for itself! Helen and the team were very easy to deal with and there was none of the 'pushy-ness' often associated with a sales team, just professionalism and no harsh sales tactics to get us onboard. They were very good at keeping is informed and following things up from both sides. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them or using them again. Fantastic service!

GoogleHelen and her team have done an amazing job in selling our house in a very difficult period for the housing market. Even when there was no news we were always communicated to which was important. In the past 45 years I have bought and sold a dozen or houses and Chamberlain's have been the best. I can honestly say they go over and above what I would expect from an agent, they never let up in chasing people up and down the chain to make it all happen. A massive thankyou. 👏

GoogleWhat a great team Teignmouth Chamberlains have. From the moment I met Helen at our flat, I felt confident that I had chosen the right agents. She had a really good knowledge of local property, values, timescales and conveyancing agents. She filled me with confidence, answering all my questions and was very positive, even though the housing market isn't as bouyant as it was. And she wasn't pushy, I was left to go away and discuss everything with my husband and mull things over for a few days. We are so glad that we chose Chamberlains. Their communication skills were excellent and we were given lots of notice of viewings and feedback afterwards. The whole team introduced themselves and all made a point of becoming familiar with our property. They were professional , positive and friendly throughout. So thankyou so much for your efforts to successfully sell our flat, you are by far the best local agents and I would advise any prospective sellers to use Chamberlains.

The process of selling our family home was very emotional and difficult, and I am grateful to Craig and Mandi for handling it with care and sensitivity throughout. 3 stars for the Rental team: Unfortunately, our experience with the rental team did not match the above standard. The inspections fell short, and the condition of the house at the end of the tenancy was disappointing as a result.
