GoogleCannot fault the service given by Sam during our purchase. She was attentive, helpful, polite, knowledgeable about the property and its many quirks and always available for our many questions. We would highly recommend Fine and Country for both purchase and sale. Sam helped make the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been.

GoogleI had an excellent experience working with Chamberlains. The sale of my house was very long and stressful - but Zoe helped me through it every step of the way. Zoe was very on the ball and always answered promptly if I had any questions. I would also like to give a shoutout to Olivia who always stepped in when Zoe was away or unavailable. Honestly, this was such an outstanding experience for me and I would recommend Chamberlains in a heartbeat.

GoogleA truly brilliant service. They took the time to really understand the story of our property, which was a huge deal for us. I think the fact they’re located in Bovey means they really know the area and how special it is.They provided a personal, professional service that really felt like the important thing was to find a new owner that cared as much as we did about our house. Selling a property is very stressful, so having a dedicated team managing the marketing, viewings and being on-hand to offer advice was a huge relief. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleExtremely impressed with Chamberlains Bovey Tracey in selling us our new house, from the initial viewing with Olivia who was professional, friendly, informative and knowledgeable, to the subsequent buying process during which we dealt with Zoe throughout, who was exemplary - she always responded to emails within minutes, proactively kept us up to date at all times, she provided comprehensive useful information throughout, and was always happy to help if we needed her; in fact Zoe stood out amongst everyone else we dealt with through the process for her professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness and responsiveness. GoogleThe Teignmouth team were absolutely brilliant. They were all approachable from the very start, no 'salesy' talk at all and they all work so well together. Phone was always answered and one of the team would always know who you were, and what properties you were viewing. GoogleSold our house in January 25 having had three potential Buyers view in first week. Sam from Fine and country Bovey Tracey was excellent. There with reassurance when needed, has a wealth of knowledge having been in business for over 20 years. Although fees for selling are always a big sum, Sam saved us more than cost as advised where to peg acceptance on offers given. Her colleagues in Bovey office, Zoe and Olivia complete the team and happy to have a catch up over a cuppa. Unfortunately we went with an internet based Solicitor and at times contact a real issue. Sam would step in and address any pressing issues with them. Overall an excellent service from listing house, to completion. Can’t recommend Sam and Fine and Country enough. Professional, empathetic when needed and encouraging g throughout. Her communications were always great and always got back to us when needed or requested.
