Googlei have not had a positive experience with chamberlains my house went up for sale beginning of may ive heard nothing from them for months except a report telling me how many people have viewed my house on their site but no one has been to look at my property i rang to talk to them about it i was happy to put the price down but the young man i spoke to was extremely rude to me blamed covid and that i wouldnt lower the price well covid is 2019 its now 2024 and ive never been consulted with regards to putting my price down because they never bothered contacted me im shocked how badly treated ive been i thought chamberlains was a good estate agent not any more

I confirm that in May we advised you against marketing your property at the price given in your previous valuation of August 2022 at which time prices were still high following the Covid bounce. Despite the challenges within the property market, we listed your property in May 2024 at the price you requested. Regarding the lack of viewings: as mentioned, we did advise you that marketing at a price which was above our recommendation would impact on your level of viewings, and this proved to be the case. Notwithstanding, we marketed your property to the best of our ability and regularly kept you up to date via our property performance reports. We are sorry that we were unable to secure a sale for you on this occasion.

Sam and Zoe have been extremely professional and caring in their approach and particularly sensitive to our needs when it came to ensuring that viewings were done at appropriate times around our young family. GoogleI have recently purchased a house that was on sale with Chamberlain’s. From start to finish the Teignmouth sales team have been extremely helpful, and have always had a really positive attitude towards supporting me with purchasing the property. They have been an excellent communication point between myself and the vendor. Yvonne was enthusiastic and knowledgeable when initially showing me round the property , and Helen has been a great support from putting in an offer and communication in between. Thanks everyone at Chamberlains for a smooth purchase and for always being available when needed.
